If you’ve previously contacted us via our ‘Contact Form’ on the Contact Us page of the website, or you’ve emailed us directly then we would have collected the following data about you: Your first and last namePhone numberEmail addressOther information you provide in emails or the website contact form When you complete our contact form on our website you will now see an ‘Opt-In’ checkbox allowing you to opt in to receive communications from us via telephone or email regarding our services, offers or advice. If you decide to stop using our services, or you wish to no longer receive communications from us then you can contact us and ask us to delete any data we hold about you.

How do we store your information? Your information is stored securely. We store your information with reasonable physical and electronic safeguards to protect it from any unauthorised access.
Visitors to our Website When someone visits www.prosper-agency.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This allows us to understand our website visitor demographic, but does not allow us to specifically identify visitors.
Newsletter Sign Up As part of the registration process for our e-newsletters, we collect personal information. Occasionally we will use this information to contact you about things you’ve asked us to keep you informed about, for example our latest news; let you know about any special offers we are running, to check if our records we have for you are still correct, or perhaps ask you a question for market research purposes. We don’t share, sell or rent our email lists with anyone else. When we send our email newsletters we use a third party called MailChimp. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
